Pilates At Home provide individual attention and programs tailored to suit your body, fitness level and goals. With each initial session, I assess your posture to identify any structural or functional posture deviations, muscle weaknesses and imbalances. A program is then developed based on this assessment. I also ensure that I include your personal goals for a well-rounded, enjoyable program.
