45-min Full Body Online Workouts

The virtual class is every Wednesday at 7:30 PM and is a full-body workout. You’ll need a pair of dumbbells.

I HAVE NO PRIOR EXPERIENCE WITH THE FITNESS ACTIVITY. CAN I JOIN A CLASS AS A COMPLETE BEGINNER?

Yes sure, I am giving the options for all the levels and injuries. 

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?

General workout attire will do and no shoes are needed for our classes.

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

You can cancel yourself as long as the class is more than 10min in the future. Cancellations within 10 min are considered “late cancels” and the class credit is forfeited.

WHAT VIRTUAL PLATFORM ARE YOUR CLASSES HELD ON? WHAT DO I DO IF THERE ARE ANY TECHNOLOGY ISSUES?

Prior to the start of your class, you will receive an email that contains a link to join the class or you can see it while you will be booking. This link is personalized to you, and should not be shared with others. In the case of a blackout or wifi disruption, if the coaches screen drops out of the call, please stay in the class and wait for the coach to return.

Sure, you can try 1 virtual class and then decide if you would like to continue.

  • Participants in this course are advised that this course will take place entirely online using a third-party video chatting solution called Zoom. This means that, in order to participate in the class, you will be required to download and configure the Zoom application for use on your home computer (Windows or Mac OS X), tablet (iOS or Android), or smartphone (iOS or Android).
  • Activating your microphone or camera is entirely your choice and is not a requirement to participate in the course. However, you may not get a full experience without at least a microphone.
