HOW DOES IT WORK?

This program is available only for those who can train with us in person in Commugny or in the nearby villages. It requires a commitment of four personal training sessions per week.

This habit-based coaching program will help you truly understand how important your habits are to achieving a healthy body while showing you the essential nutrition, training with you 4 times per week and teaching you the lifestyle habits you need to put in place and follow through with every day. In this program, there are no calorie-counting or complicated nutrition plans-it’s all about making small, yet high-impact, habit changes.

HABIT AND BODY TRANSFORMATION PROGRAM

16-week training sessions 4 times per week with your personal trainer to help you to reach your goal.

Monthly fat loss checking with InBody machine and photo comparison to see your improvements.
