1.How many training sessions per week should I start with to keep up and see results?

The habit will build gradually, but you should aim for at least 3 sessions a week. Not all of these need to be private sessions with a trainer. Some clients train with me once a week and complete 2 sessions on their own, always using the Myzone tracker, where I can monitor everything they’ve done and the intensity reached. The solo sessions are planned by the trainer, so you’ll always know exactly what to do.

2. Is it necessary to purchase the Myzone tracker?

To boost motivation and, especially, to allow me to track your solo workouts, yes, it is necessary. The price ranges from 90-120 CHF, depending on the provider’s offers. We usually keep them in stock, so you won’t have to wait long.

3. After how many weeks will I start to see changes?

It can take up to 8 weeks to start seeing changes on the scale. This delay is completely normal and doesn’t mean you’re not making progress. When you begin working with a personal trainer, your body needs time to adapt to new routines and habits.

Initial changes might not be immediately visible on the scale, but that doesn’t mean you’re not improving. Fitness is a gradual process, and achieving noticeable results requires patience and consistent effort. With time and dedication, you’ll see the benefits of your hard work.

4. Will I start with a diet and training at the same time?

No, we don’t start with everything at once. First, we focus on establishing the habit and being consistent with your training and its intensity. Once the habit is in place, we’ll gradually improve your nutrition.

If you’re injured, it’s important to prioritize your recovery. We’ll work with you to adapt your training plan to accommodate your injury and avoid exacerbating it. Your safety and well-being are our top priorities, so we’ll ensure your workouts are modified appropriately. Will measurements be taken before starting?

Yes, we will take some measurements before starting.
