WHAT IS A BOOTCAMP?

A Boot Camp is a type of group physical training program conducted by a personal trainer.

These programs are designed to build strength, improve flexibility, mobility, and physical condition through a variety of intense group intervals over the course of one hour.

Boot Camp physical training programs typically begin with mobility exercises and warm-up activities, followed by various forms of interval training, weightlifting, use of resistance bands like TRX, push-ups, sit-ups, plyometric exercises, and other types of intense and explosive routines.

Sessions conclude with cool-down exercises and stretching routines.

Boot Camps also offer social support, allowing participants to make friends and socialize while they exercise.

WHY AN OUTDOOR BOOTCAMP?

Open-air training is beneficial for your mental health. Exercising outdoors can enhance your mood and boost your self-esteem, and the proximity to nature can have a calming, stress-reducing effect. Exposure to sunlight not only improves your mood but also provides you with a dose of vitamin D.

Many people find that they can push themselves harder during outdoor workouts, resulting in greater physical and mental benefits. The change in scenery can help maintain your interest and motivation to go further (you’re not just repeating the same motions in the same location or constantly watching the clock). Breathing in fresh air gives you a heightened sense of energy and vitality.

Running or cycling on varied terrain and dealing with wind resistance on the road or track, as opposed to a controlled gym environment, provides more stimuli to react to. This can help improve balance, coordination, and develop a better sense of pacing your efforts.

In addition to the physical benefits, BootCamps offer valuable social support. As participants engage in the challenging workouts together, they have the opportunity to connect with like-minded individuals, make friends, and socialize. This supportive and inclusive environment fosters camaraderie and motivation, making the fitness journey more enjoyable and rewarding.

BOOKING METHODS

Option 1 - App Spream

If you decide to continue with the Bootcamp classes, reservations will be made through the Spream app. It’s a very simple application. With just one click, you can book your class, cancel, make payments, and see all available classes. You won’t need to notify me if you want to attend or cancel a class. 

To use the Spream app, you need to register, which takes 2 minutes, and once you have access to the app, you can purchase your class credits and make reservations.

Don't forget to book your class after purchasing the sessions.

Option 2 - WhatsApp

You can send me a WhatsApp message, and I will register you for the class. I will send you all the information on how to pay for the class via WhatsApp.

Option 3 - E-mail

You can send me an E-mail, and I will register you for the class. I will send you all the information on how to pay for the class via E-mail.

Q&A

How long does a Boot camp session last? 

Sessions last for 60 to 70 minutes and start and finish promptly. Each session includes a 5-10 minute warm-up and cool-down/stretch. If you need to leave a session early, we can accommodate that.

How many people attend each session?

I aim to have a maximum of 12 people at each session.

What do I need to bring to the session?

I recommend that you bring your own mat, a towel, some water, wear suitable workout attire, appropriate exercise footwear, and a light, splash-proof jacket in case of rain. I provide all other necessary equipment during the session.

What happens if it’s raining? 

Rain won’t stop the class; we’ll train in a covered area. 

In which language are you going to speak?

The class will be in English, but I also speak French, Spanish, and Slovak.

What time are the sessions? 

At 10AM

If I buy 10 sessions when they will expire?

You can use them 365 days.

How can I book the class?

By the Spream app, Whatsapp or email.

What should I do if I need to cancel the class?

You can cancel within 10h.  If you do not appear for a scheduled appointment or fail to give 10-hour notice, you will be charged for the full session.

All payments for sessions are to be made upfront.
