  • If you live in Geneva, the price includes 2h personal training with your coach to see all the exercises and the techniques. 
  • If you live in Geneva your coach will take all the measurements and starting pictures to track your progress.
  • Daily contact with your coach if needed
  • Weekly checking with your coach

Working with a personal trainer means you’re consistently monitored over several months and pushed to raise your weights when appropriate.
