In 2018, I had the opportunity to travel to San Jose, California, to study with the founders of Stick Mobility, Neal Valera and Dennis Dunphy. This revolutionary training system has had a profound impact on my understanding of fitness.

I am grateful for the experience of studying and incorporating the Stick Mobility training system into my practice. It has allowed me to bring a new level of effectiveness and innovation to my approach as a fitness professional, and I am excited to share its benefits with others.
